for groups and individuals located in Southern California.
As an independent contractor, we provide
On-Site American Red Cross
training and certification for the following courses:

In the United States, drowning is the seventh leading cause of unintentional injury deaths for all ages and the second leading cause of all injury deaths each year for those 1-14 years of age (far behind motor vehicle crashes). In 2000, more than 1400 US children under age 20 years drowned (Center of Diseases Control, 2004).
Streamline Health Services provides Community Water Safety courses by certified, experienced instructors. Quality, consistency, and accountability drive our passion for water safety education. Streamline Health Services will make certain you and your swim instructor staff performs to the highest industry standard.

+ Community Water Safety / Water Safety Today
Course Fee - $49.00 / per person - class size 10 to 40 people
2-hour course designed to present easy-to-remember safety tips for community and backyard pools, spas, waterparks, lakes, rivers, oceans and more. This course is ideal for parents and people who participate in activities in and around the water. This course does not require any in-water activities and satisfies foster care requirements.
+ Community Water Safety Educational Outreach Programs
Course Fee - $35.00 / per person - class size 10 to 40 people
30 - minute presentation(s) designed to present easy-to-remember safety tips for community and backyard pools and how to prevent / prepare for hazards or emergencies. This course is ideal for parents, educators and children who participate in activities in and around the water. This course can be adapted for adults or child participants and does not require any in-water activities.
+ Basic Water Rescue
Course Fee - $49.00 / per person - class size 10 to 40 people
4-hour course designed to present easy-to-remember safety tips for community and backyard pools, spas, waterparks, lakes, rivers, oceans and more. This course is more in-depth than Water Safety Today. This course is ideal for parents and people who participate in activities in and around the water. This course does not require any in-water activities; however, there is a one hour optional in water session. This course satisfies foster care requirements. The American Red Cross Basic Water Rescue certification is valid for 3 years.
+ Safety Training for Swim Coaches
Course Fee - $55.00 / per person - class size 10 to 40 people
Course designed specifically for coaches who may encounter safety relate emergencies while coaching aquatic activities. Will train you how to prevent, prepare and respond to first aid and aquatic emergencies. Present easy-to-remember safety tips for community and backyard pools, spas, water parks, lakes, rivers, oceans and more. This course is ideal for aquatic coaches who participate in activities in and around the water. This course does not satisfy minimum requirements for California State Laws mandating a "lifeguard service" present on deck, during any and all aquatic activity. However, the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training course does meet these requirements. Refer to the Lifeguard Training page.
