Thank you for your Outstanding training of me, these past two years. We had a serious incident last week and all my staff, self included, responded perfectly! In light of what went on we would be very interested in getting your feedback on the efficiency of our program, and any red flags that you might see. Our program has gone 82 years without anything like this, and we certainly want to go at least another 82 years or more before another. If this would be something you'd be willing to do, we would be most grateful.

Hi Amy -  

I was in your CPR class last night and wanted to thank you for the great job you did.  Your instruction technique was outstanding and when I left, I felt confident I would be able to demonstrate my skills if I was called upon to do so. 

Most of all, I want to thank you for not wasting any of our time. I took a CPR class several years ago and had to sit around while everybody shared their choking story (everybody has one) even though it did not help anybody learn the course material….

Thank you sooo much for getting down to business from the first minute and using every ounce of our time together to reiterate what we needed to know.

Dear Amy,

I have had you on my mind all summer, while working at UCLA. There have been many times I have wanted to write you about what you would do "...if a child did this or that...?" 

Somehow, I seem to work it out and managed to make it through summer camp at UCLA. 

I am so thankful I took the Water Safety Instructor class with you!  Without your help and guidance, I would not be where I am today. I just got hired as the new UCLA masters swim team coach for fall 2008-2009.

It was a pleasure to meet you. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness. You are always in my thoughts, especially when I have a screaming child in the pool. LOL

I will definitely tell people about Streamline, and how Great of a teacher you are. I really enjoyed you helping me out. You could not have been any nicer. More like an Angel beside my side. :)

You got it! Your business is appreciated, but more importantly, you will always have a place in our hearts...both kids are doing an awesome job at swimming. They are like fish!  

You hear all the stories about kids drowning, but ours are good to go. We even took them out to the waves this year, kept close tabs on them, even you and I need to respect the ocean, but we had a blast!

I would like to say I really enjoyed the Lifeguard Instructor class, and it was very well run. I will recommend your classes to

anybody I meet, in need of instruction. If you are ever in Riverside, and need a facility to use let me know.

Also, I am interested in becoming a Water Safety Instructor Trainer. I have a meeting with the American Red Cross today concerning the IT class. I was wondering when I complete the application process, if you would be interested in being my mentor. You and Amy Anderson both did a really great job organizing, teaching, and demonstrating the course; I think I could learn a lot about teaching WSI from you.

Just a note to tell you how much I enjoyed the Lifeguard course and your style of teaching. You have a talent for getting a lot of information across in a short period of time, and providing the hands on and repetition necessary, to make learning enjoyable and relevant. I really appreciated your humor (subtle, huh?) and delivery methods. I will highly recommend your course to others. Out of the two lifeguard courses I have taken, yours was hands down the best. The Red Cross and Heart Association are lucky to have you on their teams.

Hello Amy!

We just ended our summer at The Painted Turtle and it was a very successful season! We were very fortunate to have a bunch of our staff team lifeguard certified. It helped immensely with coverage in the pool area. So I would personally like to thank you for helping us out with getting our lifeguards certified and for training them so well! Hopefully we can keep our relationship going strong and we can get more individuals certified through you.

I was wondering, because it is so hard for us to find good lifeguards, during the off season, if it would be possible for you to hand out some fliers for lifeguard employment  opportunities at The Painted Turtle?
